Is this a technical role? We have no IT team.
You do not need one. The fractional Chief AI Officer brings the agent platform and our deployment team. What is the agent platform?
It is the system we install inside your company that runs your AI agents. The platform connects to your existing tools, so nothing needs to be replaced.
How many days a week do you work with us?
Most engagements are one embedded day a week, with availability for questions in between. Advisory engagements are two half-day sessions a month. Larger programmes add days or bring in our deployment team. The retainer is fixed for the quarter and can be scaled up or down at each review.
