Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Iteratis (“we”, “us”), based in Klang, Selangor, Malaysia, handles personal data when you visit this website or get in touch with us. We follow the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.

The short version

• This website has no forms, no cookies and no advertising trackers. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or identify you.
• We only hold personal data you choose to send us: when you email, message us on WhatsApp, or book a call.
• We use it to reply to you and to work with you. We never sell it.

What we collect

When you browse the site: we see only aggregate visit statistics from Cloudflare Web Analytics, such as which pages were viewed, the referring site, the country, the browser and device type, and how fast pages loaded. It sets no cookies and does not track you across sites. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, also processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

When you contact us: the details you give us, typically your name, email address, phone number, company name, and whatever you tell us about your business.

When you book a call: bookings are handled by Cal.com, which passes us your name, email address, the time you chose and any notes you add.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and run the consultation you booked.
• To prepare proposals and quotes you ask for.
• To deliver and support the work if you become a client.
• To keep the business records the law requires, such as invoices.

We do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to, and we do not sell or rent personal data.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to operate: our email provider, WhatsApp (Meta), Cal.com, and Cloudflare. Some of these process data outside Malaysia. We do not share your data with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Client projects

When we build or run AI agents for a client, any customer or business data those agents handle is covered by the agreement we sign with that client, not by this policy. That agreement sets out what data is processed, where, and for how long.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as the engagement runs, plus the period Malaysian tax and company law requires for business records (currently seven years).

Your rights

Under the PDPA you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
• correct data that is wrong or out of date;
• stop using your data, or delete it where we are not required to keep it.
